History

Ruincar, acronym for industrial wheels for trolleys, was born as an individual company from an intuition of Mr. Gianni Boventi from the beginning supported by his wife Mrs. Maria Perotti.

It was the 1960s when, after an intense and specific experience, the founder, until then engaged in the construction of molds for sheet metal deformation and stainless steel, began to examine specific equipment for the production of wheels for industrial manual trolleys.

The small mechanical artisan reality begins its transformation and implements the molding of parts for wheels and the assembly of the same initially entrusted to external artisan companies.

Ruincar grows and becomes what it is today: a small company that needs more space, however, which it finds in the Municipality of Sarezzo in the province of Brescia and where it is still located today.

The current production now occupies about 10,000 square meters and is organized in completely automated phases and cycles, even if controlled by a 4.0 system

It all starts with the control at the entrance of the raw material, followed by the cold deformation phase with the help of the latest generation mechanical and hydraulic presses and different powers that adapt to the type of progressive and totally transferised molds.

A mold construction and repair department has been maintained which is continuously updated to meet various needs both by the staff and with the introduction of new machinery.

A constant quality is obtained which then allows in the assembly phase to have a high quality standard and finished product

Each phase is controlled and managed by qualified personnel and state-of-the-art equipment.

However, Ruincar also has the possibility of producing special items in addition to the standard product and / or series, thanks to the study of the internal Technical Office which, after verifying their feasibility, is able to adapt the details or build new ones in order to satisfy the request. of the customer and therefore of the market

The still family management of the brothers Enzo and Luisa Boventi allows this small company to face and establish itself worldwide on all markets by quickly responding to requests and supporting the always great competitiveness of a company managed with strong commitment and awareness.
