Strengths

SHEET MOLDING

automated mechanical presses with tonnage up to 315 Ton and some hydraulic presses for the most demanding drawing. All the metal parts making up the wheel assembly are internally molded with molds, even of considerable complexity, which guarantee high production capacities and optimization of the raw material.

ASSEMBLY

Consisting of fully automatic lines designed and developed specifically for RU-IN-CAR; the assembly of the wheel assembly is entrusted to multiple semi-automatic stations.

TESTING

qualified personnel subject the finished product to a series of specific test benches that reproduce the real use conditions of the wheel, including corrosive environments, and high temperatures.
